Frederick Hervey-Bathurst (b 1807) inherited, and initiated Phase 3 of the Mansion development.

Sir William Fremantle, Ranger of Windsor Parks for George IV, leads the development of estate houses and mansion at Clarendon. The new works begin in 1825.
